Do I have to download software to use My eDeposit ?
My eDeposit is an online application. Your account information is stored securely online, so there's no software to download and no programs to install on your computer.
 
How do I apply for a My eDeposit account? What information do you need?
Applying is simple. We will need some of your business's basic financial information (such as federal tax ID and legal structure), as well as standard personal information that will be used to verify your identity.
 
Once I apply, how long does it take to start using My eDeposit?
Once it's been submitted, you'll receive an email within 24–48 hours regarding the status of your application.
 
Is there a limit to the number of customers I can manage in the solution?
There are no limit at all. You can manage as many customers as you like.
 
Is there a fee for cancelling my account?
